Battleplan is a software tool designed to help businesses structure and evaluate their marketing strategy.

The service may evolve over time and features may change.

You agree to use Battleplan in a lawful and reasonable manner. You may not:

• misuse the platform
• attempt to disrupt or damage the service
• attempt to access systems or data that do not belong to you
• use the service for illegal activities

Some parts of Battleplan may require creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

Battleplan is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by poor password security.

Battleplan offers paid subscription plans with monthly and annual billing options. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

Refunds are not available through self-service. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support@getbattleplan.com and we will review your case manually.

Failed payment may result in restricted access to your workspace or downgrade to a no-tier state until payment is resolved.

Additional generation credits can be purchased separately. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase and are consumed before your monthly allowance.

All Battleplan software, design, and content are owned by Battleplan.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce parts of the service without permission.

Users retain ownership of the content they create inside the platform.

We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Battleplan may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.

Battleplan is a tool designed to support decision-making.

We do not guarantee business results from using the platform.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

These terms may be updated occasionally.

If major changes occur, we will notify users through the website or application.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Account or workspace deletion results in permanent loss of access to your data, including any active subscription benefits and unused purchased credits. No refund is provided for deletion.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
