Battleplan is a strategy platform that turns your inputs into a tailor-made marketing Battleplan using proven frameworks and AI.

The service includes features such as the AI Strategist, the Messaging Lab, evolving strategy inputs, and exportable execution briefs and AI-ready outputs. The service may evolve over time and features may change.

You agree to use Battleplan in a lawful and reasonable manner. You may not:

• misuse the platform
• attempt to disrupt or damage the service
• attempt to access systems or data that do not belong to you
• use the service for illegal activities

Some parts of Battleplan may require creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

Battleplan is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by poor password security.

Battleplan is offered as a one-time purchase. The paid plan ($399 one-time) unlocks full access to your Battleplan and includes 300 AI credits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

This is not a subscription — there are no recurring monthly fees and no automatic renewal. A free plan is also available, offering limited access and a smaller number of AI credits.

AI credits are consumed when you use advanced AI features and outputs (for example generation, working in the Messaging Lab, or exports). Once your included credits are used up, you can purchase additional credits separately.

Refunds are not available through self-service. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support@getbattleplan.com and we will review your case manually.

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits are tied to your account, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

A failed payment may mean that paid access is not unlocked until the payment is completed.

All Battleplan software, design, and content are owned by Battleplan.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce parts of the service without permission.

Users retain ownership of the content they create inside the platform.

We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Battleplan may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.

Battleplan is a tool designed to support decision-making.

We do not guarantee business results from using the platform.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

AI-generated outputs are drafts and may contain inaccuracies. Review them before use.

These terms may be updated occasionally.

If major changes occur, we will notify users through the website or application.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Account or workspace deletion results in permanent loss of access to your data, including your Battleplan and any included or unused purchased credits. No refund is provided for deletion.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
